Sunset Cliffs Natural Park – Point Loma, San Diego – May 2019

As much as I love big city public transit, it was a great freedom to have the rental car for a second day. On our way back from Torrey Pines Natural Reserve, we stopped at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. Not for the sunset, but just for a look. Public transit would have got us here from downtown, but it would have taken almost 1.5 hours each way.

This 68 acre city park offers a beautiful seacoast vista on a beautiful sunny day. We walked a bit along the coastline before driving further up Point Loma.

  1. Not sure if you mean the feature photo or the photog photo. The feature photo was a bit dangerous. I am sure they got a nice Instagram post, but, as George says in Seinfeld, “the sea was angry that day, my friend”. As to the photog, my wife makes sure I am included in our trips, even if she has to rip the camera out of my hands. Thanks for reading Lynette. Allan
