Always looking for ideas to use excess Levain Mother (sourdough starter), we came across this idea from one of our neighbours.
The recipe is very simple, with only 3/4 cup of Mother required, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons water, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, 1/3 cup of non fat dry milk powder, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 1/2 Tablespoons of sugar.

It only makes 2 pancakes, but they are huge and fluffy.
