Vancouver in Early March, 2020 – Part 5 – Magnolias

I don’t think I even knew that Vancouver had Magnolia trees until this trip. How could that fact escape me for 40 years of visits? In any case, we saw them on our second day, looking like strange furry beings from another planet. A few days later, as the blooms started to open, their beauty became more apparent. On our last day, we realized they even came in white.

  1. These beautiful photos only prove that Vancouver is the most beautiful city in the world. At least to me. Thanks for sharing, Allan. Just what I needed to see. Our lockdown has been extended for another two weeks and that’s two months living in isolation 🙈
