Vancouver in Early March – Part 28 – Benji

We really got to know this little guy during this visit. He became very used to us, especially on the four days we were looking after him and taking him for his daily walks. One could say he wriggled his way into our hearts. A few of the many, many, many pix we took will make it into this post.

Funny story, before I add the photos. B & K got an on-line photo album sent to them by Google recently, with photos of Benji in various poses and tied into the Meow, Meow, Meow Meow music. We still call him a “Kitty cat dog”. You can let me know if you agree.

The Benji Album

Hey, I think I found your Lost Lagoon
What potato? I don’t see any potato on this couch.
Benji was here.
You talkin’ to me?
C’mon, I just wanna stick my toes in.
Ball, what ball?
I just rubbed it in the water to get some of the doggie off it. Trust me.
Benji lounger. Work it, work it.
Benji, the Sunset Kid
What do you mean, my eyebrows need a trim. Come a bit closer and I’ll trim yours for you.
Why can’t I go play with the ducks?
Lounge Benji.
Would you guys please stop staring at me?
St. Patrick’s Day Benji
Beach Bum Benji
I’m tired. Carry Me.

  1. Awwww – Grand-dogs do wiggle their way into your hearts. And just like Grand-children – when you have finished playing with them – you just send them home to their parents. He is a scruffy looking little fellow – but so very sweet.

  2. Aww… He’s such a cute little dog! I used to work as a volunteer for the Irish Blue Cross, which is a animal welfare charity, for couple of years and had my fair share of animal encounters. Thanks for sharing and showing us Benji 😊😊😊
