Dandelions are some of the first flowers to appear in Ireland once the harsh winter is over. It’s going to be a very long time until we gonna see any flowers for now. Thanks for sharing and I hope all is well 😊 Aiva

I am not sure this is even a dandelion. They grow up to 3 feet tall along the roadsides and appear quite different than your garden variety dandelion. All is well and Jasper is beautiful. Thanks for reading Aiva. Allan

Then it must be the Common Catsear! Either way, my grandmother used to make honey from dandelions; she was such a crafty lady. I was always amazed by her abilities to use nature as her go-to resources. Have a good day 😀 Aiva

Thanks. We had been seeing these flowers since July, but never stopped for a photo, then one day when we came along, they had mowed them all down. So the next time I saw one, I took that photo. It was perfect indeed. Thanks for reading and commenting. Allan

Dandelions are pretty. You can eat them, too. 🙂

That would seem a fitting punishment for invading your lawn. Some folks even make wine from them. Thanks for reading Lynette. Allan
